It is irrefutable that men love cars so much. Actually, in some instances, they can take better care of their cars than their women. This love extends to airplanes, motorcycles, and trucks…ok, for lack of a better word, lets say that men love machines. This topic often poses a challenge because we don’t take the time to delve into it. So now, let us plunge in and explore the reasons behind men’s love for cars.

Social Recognition!

To men cars portray a social status, and it shows what kind of men they are depending on what type of car they drive. Although it is not easy for most men to buy the dream car today, they will work hard to make it happen. Consequently, it becomes something they have long been passionately waiting and working for. Generally, cars give men a sense of freedom and adventure. Furthermore, the way a car looks partly determines how women perceive and feel about the guy. Sounds familiar to ladies, sure?

Cars Bring Satisfaction

In a man’s life, a car is like a second lady. Men tend to release their stress by just looking at their cars. Every time a man steps into his car, he tends to focus more on the details, the performance as well as the design of the car. Even if it is a cheap and crappy one, it still brings the joy driving. Having a personal imaginary friend with you, and who sticks with you when you are out on the open roads enlightens the warm side of the love for cars. Occasionally, there are moments that one perhaps thought the car couldn’t handle some tough situation, however it handled it perfectly. I presume you recall such a situation, don’t you? And after prevailing over such circumstances, what would deter you from not loving your car?

Men surely love to drive. It is a pride of ownership and a brotherhood of machines. Over a century back, it would have been horses. Envisage your feeling driving your dream car to your workplace, speeding over the “No Speeding” sign boards, and picking up your date from her residence. Ultimately, this brings the joy and satisfaction knowing that you have actually done it. You have achieved something in your life that is worth sharing with others. Actually, cars help avert the unending emotional, drama and obligations that come with women. You’ve done it!

Finally, Cars Act As Motivation Coach For Men

A recent study conducted by the University of Minnesota uncovered two prime reasons why men crave for cars so much. First, is the appeal of affirming masculinity through technology, and then the plea of being in control of their own destiny.
